Beneath Malta – by L. Peterson

When I say Malta, I am not talking about the island in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea which our town may or may not be named after. More to Crum than the “Saratoga Chip” – by H. Wessell

Moon's Lake House, which stood (and repeatedly burned down) not far from the outlet of Saratoga Lake, is reputed by urban legend to have been the birthplace of the potato chip, and chef George Crum its "father" ... or at least its discoverer.

H.O.P.E. Pets for Adoption

image.jpeg
Missie is an 8 year old Yorkshire Terrier. She is microchipped and is up to date on her vaccinations. Missie is very sweet, loving and hardly ever barks. She is good with older children and dogs, but we are not sure about cats. She only has 1 tooth but is able to eat small kibble and treats. She is working very hard to become housebroken and loves to go for walks on a leash.

Vegas is a 7-year old Boxer/Hound mix who is very sweet, very gentle, thoughtful, and well behaved. Because he loves being around people, he wants to be wherever you are. Vegas is a big snuggler and a little bit of a goof ball. He has perfect potty habits; he always waits until we take him outside to "go". We are working on introducing Vegas to other dogs. It would better for him to go to a home with older kids..

Like all HOPE dogs, Vegas is neutered, up to date on his shots, and micro-chipped.

For more information, call Cathy at 518.424.2878.
