Mechanicville, Stillwater and Hoosic Valley will join together on April 2 for the second annual Elks All-Star Basketball Event, which will be held at the Mechanicville High School gym.  Sign-ups and distribution of event T-shirts will begin at 1:30, with the fun beginning at 2:00.
