Raymond Joseph Laurenzo 70 a former resident and fire chief of Mechanicville passed away peacefully on Father's Day Sunday June 18, 2017 at the Albany Stratton VA Facility in Albany.
Funeral services with full military honors will be held on Thursday June 22 at 11am at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, a prayer service will be held at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Home , 319 Park Avenue in Mechanicville at 9:30 am. The family will receive friends at the Chase-Smith Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4-7pm, the visitation time will close with prayers.
Memorial gifts may be made in Ray's name to either the Albany Stratton VA Hematology/Oncology Department or the Mechanicville or Bennington Fire Department in care of the Hanson Walbridge & Shea Funeral Home, 213 West Main Street, Bennington, VT 05201 who is handling arrangements.
JOHNSONVILLE - Edmund F. Burdick, Sr. of Herrington Road, Johnsonville, passed away on Friday, June 16, 2017 at his residence after a long illness. He was 66 years old.

SCHAGHTICOKE - Marilyn M. Jones formerly of East Street, Schaghticoke, passed away on Friday, June 16, 2017 at Van Rensselaer Manor following a long illness. She was 84.
Relatives and friends may call from 9:30 am to 11:15 am on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at the Presbyterian United Church, 165 Main Street in Schaghticoke. A funeral service will be held at 11:30 am.
