Anthony “Taw” Anatriello – 92

SCHAGHTICOKE - Anthony “Taw” Anatriello, 92, died peacefully in the comfort of his home on October 11th, surrounded by his family.

Full Military Honors and burial will be held on Tuesday, October 16th at Saratoga National Cemetery,200 Duell Rd., Schuylerville, NY 12871 at 1:30pm. Those wishing to attend are asked to be at the visitor’s center at 1:15pm.

There will be no calling hours.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that in memory of our father and grandfather you consider doing a random act of kindness to emulate his life. Norine A. Murphy

MECHANICVILLE - Norine A. Murphy passed away on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at the Baptist Healthcare Center in Scotia. She was 89.

Funeral Mass will be conducted at 9:00 am on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at All Saints on the Hudson, South Church, 121 North Main Street, Mechanicville. Burial will be in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Mechanicville.

Joseph A. Cimino – 77

MECHANICVILLE – Joseph A. Cimino, 77, died unexpectedly on Tuesday morning, October 9, at Avila Retirement Community in Albany. He was a lifelong resident of Mechanicville and faithful communicant of All Saints on the Hudson Catholic Church until moving to Avila in 2014.

Calling Hours will be held on Saturday, October 13th from 10am - Noon at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 South Main Street, Mechanicville, followed by a Funeral Service at Noon.  Burial to follow at St. Paul’s Cemetery.

MECHANICVILLE – Mrs. Jennie “Gail” Downing, 93, of Park Ave, died Sunday, Oct 7th at Albany Medical Center, after being stricken at home.

Gail’s wishes were for no formal scheduled funeral services, and her cremains will be privately laid alongside her husband at the Saratoga National Cemetery.

William “Huffer” D’Avignon – 74

STILLWATER – William “Huffer” D’Avignon, 74, of State Route 32, died peacefully in the comfort of his home on October 8th following a short illness. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10AM at All Saints on the Hudson North Church, 895 Hudson Avenue, Stillwater, NY 12170 with burial to follow in St. Peter's Cemetery. Calling hours on Thursday from 5-8PM will be held at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 S Main St, Mechanicville, NY 12118.

STILLWATER – Thomas C. Mellon, 71, of Robens Road, died unexpectedly Thursday morning, Oct. 4th at Stratton VA Medical Center, Albany, after a brief illness.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, Oct 9th at 9 AM at All Saints on the Hudson Church, 895 Hudson Ave, Stillwater, followed by burial with military honors at Saratoga National Cemetery.  Friends may express condolences at All Saints on the Hudson Church (St. Peter’s) on Monday from 4-7 PM.  In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to either the Stillwater Public Library or St. Peter’s Hospital ALS Regional Center, 19 Warehouse Row, Albany 12205 in respectful memory of Thomas C. Sylvia M. D’Albeto – 84

MECHANICVILLE – Sylvia M. D’Alberto, 84, died Monday, Oct. 1st at home, after a very brief illness.
A native and lifelong resident of Mechanicville, born March 28, 1934, daughter of the late Ubaldo and Rose Lorenza D’Alberto, she was a proud 1951 graduate of Mechanicville High School.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Sunday at 5:30 PM at All Saints on the Hudson Church, 121 No. Main St., Mechanicville, with burial in St. Paul’s Cemetery.
