Edwin L. Gandron – 88 

MECHANICVILLE – Edwin L. Gandron, 88, of River Road, Hemstreet Park, died Saturday, Dec. 15th at home, in the loving company of his family.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11 AM  at All Saints on the Hudson Church, No. Main St., followed by burial with military honors at St. Pauls Cemetery.

Calling hours on Thursday from 4 – 7 PM at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 So. Main St., Mechanicville.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to either American Diabetes Assoc., or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hosp, in memory of Edwin Gandron.

Theresa DeMicco Ortega – 63

Port Orange, Fla – Theresa DeMicco Ortega, 63, former Mechanicville resident, died Saturday, Dec 1st, at Halifax Hospice facility in Port Orange, from breast cancer that first presented itself in 2015.

Memorial Services will be held in early May of 2019 in Mechanicville with burial in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Saratoga Springs.

Timothy I. Maloy – 80

GRANVILLE – Timothy I. Maloy, 80, of Sheldon Rd, died Thursday December 6th at Wesley Health Care Center, with his loving family at his side.  Born in Plattsburgh on June 3, 1938, he was the son of the late Charles Paul and Dorothy Laundrie Maloy, Jr.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family with burial in the family plot in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Rouse Point, NY.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Wesley Foundation,131 Lawrence St, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 or the American Diabetes Assoc., 5 Pine West Plaza,Suite 505, Albany, New York, 12205 in loving memory of Timothy I. Maloy.

William S. “Bill” Kelly – 68

STILLWATER - William S. “Bill” Kelly of Hudson Avenue passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Albany Medical Center. He was 68.

Visiting was from 5-7:00pm on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 319 Park Avenue, Mechanicville. Funeral service was conducted at 10:30am on       Wednesday in the funeral home with burial in the Saratoga National Cemetery with Military Honors. In lieu of flowers kindly consider a donation to the local American Legion in memory of Bill Kelly.

STILLWATER – James G. Thomas, 82, of Claremont Rd, died peacefully in the comfort of his home on December 5th, with his loving and faithful wife Helen at his side.  Born in Waterford on August 28, 1936, he was the son of the late Russell and Christine Goldsmith Thomas.

Calling hours will be held at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 S Main St, Mechanicville, NY 12118 on Monday, Dec. 10th from 12 - 1:30PM with a service to begin at 1:30PM.  Full military honors and inurnment will follow at the Saratoga National Cemetery at 2:30PM.

Mechanicville – Patricia Mae Amoroso, 81, of Kennedy Garden Apartments, died Thursday, Nov 29th in the loving company of her family, after a very brief illness.
