WORCESTER, MA (01/30/2017)-- The Assumption College Department of Athletics has announced that Erin Dougherty, of Halfmoon, has earned a coveted spot on the 2016-17 Assumption College Women's Swimming and Diving team. Dougherty, Class of 2017, is competing during the Greyhounds' season.

The team is led by seniors Erin Dougherty, Rachel Gagnon, McKenzie Johnson, Rachel Lanam, Tricia Lee, and Allie Wuerfl under Stuart Cromarty's ninth season as head coach. The Greyhounds have placed either first or second in every swim meet this season, including second at the WPI Gompei Invitational. The Hounds look forward to hopefully clinching their fourth consecutive Northeast-10 Confrence Championship title.
