Meg M. Toombs – 61

CLIFTON PARK – Meg M. Toombs, 61, died Wednesday evening Aug 22nd at Saratoga Hospital, after a brief illness.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday evening at 7 PM at DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 So.Main St., Mechanicville.  Calling hours Tuesday from 4-7 PM.

Burial in Fairmount Cemetery, Quaker Springs.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to a local chapter of Catholic Daughters of America, in memory of Meg M. Toombs.

John “Bob” Carpenter – 85

STILLWATER – John “Bob” Carpenter, 85, of Hudson Avenue, died peacefully in his sleep and in the comfort of his home on Monday August 20th.  Born in Troy, June 3, 1933, he was the son of the late Charles and Mary Cannon Carpenter.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 24th at 10AM at All Saints on the Hudson (St. Peter's) Church, 895 Hudson Ave., Stillwater with military honors and interment to follow at the Saratoga National Cemetery.  An hour of gathering for family and friends will be held at the Church, prior to the mass, starting at 9AM.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Veterans & Community Housing Coalition, 20 Prospect St, Bldg 2, Suite 313, Ballston Spa, NY 12020 or Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517,Topeka, KS in memory of John R. Carpenter.

Joyce Fisher Mondoux – 77

STILLWATER - Joyce Fisher Mondoux, 77, of Stillwater, NY,  passed away peacefully at home Friday, August 10th, with her family by her side.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Monday from 4-7 Pm at All Saints on the Hudson Church (St. Peter’s) 895 Hudson Ave, Stillwater.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at All Saints on the Hudson, Hudson Ave, Tuesday Morning at 9 AM.  Burial in St.Peter’s Cemetery.
