Mrs. Josephine Urbaetis Gronczniak – 90

STILLWATER – Mrs. Josephine Urbaetis Gronczniak, 90, died Monday, Sept. 14th at Saratoga Hospital, after being stricken at home.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at Noon at All Saints on Hudson South Church, 121 No. Main St., Mechanicville. Burial in St. Peter’s Cemetery. Calling hours at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 So. Main St., Mechanicville on Thursday morning from 10-11:30 AM.

Remembrances may be made to her family in loving memory of Josephine Gronczniak.

MECHANICVILLE – Robert J. Paul, 79, of So. Third Ave., died Monday, Sept. 14th at Albany County Nursing Home, after an extended illness.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday evening at 7 PM at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 So. Main St., Mechanicville. Calling hours on Thursday from 4-7 PM. Burial with military honors will be held on Monday at 10 AM at the Saratoga National Cemetery.

Albert A. Kearney – 70

MECHANICVILLE – Albert A. Kearney, 70, of Hudson Ave., died suddenly at home on Wednesday, September 9, 2015. Born in Troy, December 16, 1944, he was the son of the late Albert I. and Rose Shimko Kearney.

A gathering for family and friends will be held Tuesday, September 15th at Hildreth’s Restaurant, 201 North Main Street, Mechanicville, NY 12118 from 4 to 6:30PM. Please join Al’s family as they celebrate his life and as Al would always say “Stop in for a visit and join us in having a drink and a bite to eat.”

HALFMOON – Duane L. Sober, 74, of Churchill Road, died Thursday, Sept. 3rd at his residence, after a short illness.

Private services were held at the convenience of the family.
