Bernard R. Ramnes – 85

MECHANICVILLE –  – Bernard R. Ramnes, 85, native and longtime resident of Mechanicville, died peacefully early Tuesday morning surrounded by his loving family.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, March 25 from 12—4PM at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 So. Main St., Mechanicville. A memorial service will immediately follow the calling hours at 4PM.  Burial with full military honors will be held on Monday at the Saratoga National Cemetery at 12:00PM and those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the entrance of the cemetery at 11:45AM.

Christopher Phillip Chapman (DeMarco)

BRIDGEPORT, CT – Christopher Phillip Chapman (DeMarco) passed away on March 16, 2017 at Bridgeport Memorial Hospital. He was 24.

Calling hours from 5-7:00pm on Friday, March 24, 2017 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 173 Main Street, Schaghticoke. Funeral service will be conducted at 10am on Saturday in the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Memory’s Garden, Colonie.

MALTA – Joyce C. Gagnon, 73, of Thimbleberry Road, died Monday, March 6th at her residence, in the company of her loving family.  Born in Troy, September 23, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Marion Lange and Joseph Vitrella (son of Josephine Vitrella).
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 12:15 PM at All Saints on the Hudson Church, 121 North Main St., Mechanicville, with burial to follow in the Saratoga National Cemetery.  Calling hours at the Church will be held prior to the mass from 10AM till 12 PM.  In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Fr. Mrs. Nina Luther Chauvin – 89

MECHANICVILLE – Mrs. Nina Luther Chauvin, 89, formerly of Harris Avenue, died peacefully on Sunday morning, March 5 at the Glendale Nursing Home, in Glenville following a long illness.  Nina was born in Mechanicville, March 9, 1927 and was a life long resident.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, March 11 at 12:00at All Saints on the Hudson (St. Peter’s) Church, 895 Hudson Ave., Stillwater with burial to follow at St. Paul’s Cemetery in Mechanicville.  An hour of gathering for family and friends will be held at the Church, prior to the mass, starting at 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Alzheimer’s Assoc. of Northeastern NY, 4 Pine West Plaza, #405, Albany, NY 12205 in loving memory of Nina L. Chauvin.

MECHANICVILLE – On Tuesday, Feb 28th, three days after his 39th birthday, Terry Lamar Daniel, affectionately known as “Peace” passed away after a long and courageous battle with kidney disease.
