CLIFTON PARK - The event will at the firehouse on Old Route 146, between Route 9 and 146 in Clifton Park. The menu will include Pancakes, Eggs, Sausage, Bacon, Toast, Coffee, Juice and Milk. Tours of the fire trucks and equipment will also be given to all who attend as we also kick off National Fire Prevention Week which is October 4th to 10th, with fire safety information.

Pulled Pork Sandwich Dinner (Take-out Only) ($)
SCHAGHTICOKE - Victor Lodge on Route 67. The menu will feature pulled pork in a large bun with special sauce plus Cole slaw, baked beans, applesauce, and brownies. The public is invited to enjoy their meal at the lodge. Refreshments and entertainment are being planned for those who decide to eat at the lodge. Reservations can be made by calling 753-0406.

VALLEY FALLS - The Valley Falls VFW Aux 1938 located on Poplar Ave, will be having their monthly breakfast Sunday Oct. 11th 8-11 AM. Menu consists of eggs made to order, French toast, pancakes, toast, hash browns, bacon, sausage juice, coffee and biscuits with sausage gravy. Cost $7 for 13 and up children 5-12 $4. Rada knives for sale.

Annual Harvest Roast Beef Dinner ($)
STILLWATER - The Women’s Association of Stillwater United Church, 747 Hudson Ave., in the Church’s Fellowship Hall. The dinner consists of family style servings of roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, winter squash, coleslaw, rolls, pie and beverage. Takeout available. Cost: $12 Adults; $5 Ages 5-10; Under 5 Free. For advanced tickets contact the church office 664-7984. Tickets may also be at the door. The historic designated church is handicap accessible.
Round Table Discussion -The Industrial Revolution in the Champlain Canal Region
SCHUYLERVILLE - Roundtable discussion. Stories gathered at the roundtable will be used to develop exhibit panels for the new Canal Region Gateway Visitor Center in Schuylerville. The Saratoga Town Hall is located at 12 Spring Street, Schuylerville. The workshop is free and open to the public. Lunch will be provided for a FEE. Saratoga County 4-H Offers Horse Club Open House
BALLSTON SPA— Saratoga County 4-H offers the First Annual “4-H Horse Open House” at the 4-H Training Center, 556 Middleline Road in Ballston Spa. This event is open to the public and seeks youth ages 8-18 with an interest in horses. You do not need to own a horse to attend! Come check out what we are all about.
