Rensselaer County- On April 30^th 2016 the 53^rd annual Rensselaer County Dairy Princess Banquet and Pageant took place at the Pittstown Volunteer Emergency Corps.  The panel of judges who select the Dairy Princess candidate look for a young woman who best epitomizes the wholesome quality of milk, and will act as a responsible and dedicated spokesperson for the New York State Dairy Industry.
