Stillwater Police arrested Adrianne E. Kent (age 31) of Ballston Lake and charged him with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration (misdemeanor) following a vehicle stop on Whitney Road. He was processed and released to appear in Stillwater Town Court. The arrest was handled by Ptl. Tom Sawyer.

Stillwater Police arrested Erin E. Oneal (age 29) of Rensselaer and charged her with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle (misdemeanor) following a vehicle stop on County Route 76 for speeding. She was processed and released to appear in Stillwater Town Court. The arrest was handled by Ptl. Charles Rockwell.

Stillwater Police arrested Kelly A. MacDonald (age 46) of Mechanicville and charged her with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd degree (misdemeanor), Operating with a Suspended Registration (misdemeanor), Operating without Insurance (infraction) following a vehicle stop on Route 67. She was processed and released to appear in Stillwater Town Court. The arrest was handled by Ptl. Alex Dunn.

Stillwater Police arrested Michelle Sutton (age 45) of Stillwater and charged her with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd degree (misdemeanor) following a vehicle stop on Lake Road. She was processed and released to appear in Stillwater Town Court. The arrest was handled by Ptl. Sean Lyons.

Waterford Police Arrest - Barton

On Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at about 11:00 PM PO M. Dilbone observed a vehicle traveling at 67 MPH in a 30 MPH zone. Upon stopping the vehicle and through investigation it was found that the operator, William E. Barton, 34, of 406 Loudon Rd., Saratoga Springs had been drinking and was arrested. The defendant refused to submit to a chemical breath test. The defendant was charged with the following:

Consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle

Driving while intoxicated

Reckless driving

Speed in zone

The defendant was arraigned in Waterford Justice Court by Justice N. Sunukjian and was turned over to the Saratoga Springs Police on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court.
