William “Fran” McHale – 50

MECHANICVILLE – William "Fran" McHale, 50, of Elizabeth Street, died Thursdayevening surrounded by his loving family after his battle with lung cancer.  Born in Albany, August 9, 1965, he was the son of Andrea Szell Kachidurian and the late Leo Kachidurian.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday March 22, from 4-7 PM at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 So Main St, Mechanicville NY 12118. A funeral home service will be held on Wednesday at 10AM with burial to follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Glenmont.  In lieu of flowers, Fran’s family kindly suggests that donations be made to the McHale Children Trust.

Bryan D. Warren – 77

JOHNSONVILLE - Bryan D. Warren, 77, of Johnsonville Rd., died Thursday afternoon at St. Peter's Hospice Inn after a long battle with dementia.  Born in Johnsonville, October 16, 1938, he was the son of the late Milton C. and Gladys Downing Warren.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, March 22nd, from 10:30AM until 12:30PM at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 So Main St., Mechanicville, NY 12118.  A Funeral Service will follow the visitation, beginning at 12:30PM, with burial to follow at the Saratoga National Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Johnsonville Volunteer Fire Company, 5 River Road, Johnsonville, NY 12094.

Mrs. Gay Velma Baker

HALFMOON – Mrs. Gay Velma Baker born in Downsville NY Sept. 18, 1947 passed into an eternal sleep March 17, 2016 at Ellis Hospsital with her family by her side.

A celebration of Gay’s life will be held Sunday from 2-4 PM at the Mechanicville-Stillwater Elk’s Lodge located at 300 Park Avenue, Mechanicville.

STILLWATER – Felix G. “Sarge” Farina, 91, of Railroad Ave., died Tuesday morning, Feb. 16th, at Ellis Hospital, after a brief illness.

John F. “Jack” Burke – 76

HARWICH, MA -John F. “Jack” Burke, 76 of Harwich, MA passed away unexpectedly on May 4, 2014. He was the loving husband of former Mechanicville, NY resident Virginia “Ginger” (Williams) Burke for 54 years.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 7 at 11 am at St. Joan of Arc Church, Canal Rd. in Orleans. Burial with military honors are set for 10:30 AM Friday, May 9th at the Saratoga National Cemetery, Duell Road, Schuylerville. Friends are asked to assemble at the Visitor’s Center at 10:15 AM.

Kathy M. Fitzpatirck – 63

WATERVLIET - Kathy M. Fitzpatrick, 63, passed away unexpectedly on March 2nd while traveling to St. Pete’s Beach inFlorida with her friend Rick Chittenden.  Born July 12, 1950, she was the daughter of Arthur Fitzpatrick of Mechanicville and the late Joan Conroy Fitzpatrick.

Kathy attended Stillwater Central School, retired from the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets, and recently resided in Watervliet.

Michele “Shelly” Boucher – 57

MECHANICVILLE – Michele “Shelly” Boucher Westcott, 57, of Ellsworth Ave, died Tuesday, January 21 at Samaritan Hospital following a short illness, surrounded by her loving children.  Born in Troy, August 14, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Ruppert “Toopie” and Mary Baker Boucher.
