MECHANICVILLE MAY 27- Water Treatment Plant Supervisor John Zullo reported that the reservoir as of Wednesday morning was down 2 feet below normal. Rainfall for the year is about 6" below average. The rain on Wednesday afternoon was about an inch so the reservoir is still down 5". As of Wednesday morning May's rainfall had been .4" compared to 2.2" last year.

MECHANICVILLE – Mrs. Edna H. Zullo, 85, former longtime resident of Mechanicville, died Monday April 8th at Wesley Health Care, Saratoga Springs, after a brief illness.
Born in Watervliet, August 29, 1927, she was daughter of the late Leland and Alberta Hazzard, lived in Waterford and No. Troywhile growing up.
Edna worked at Bubble’s Restaurant in Mechanicville for a number of years. She also was a former president of the Meals on Wheels program in her city.
