HALFMOON - On Thursday morning April 21^st members of the Fireman’s Association of the State of New York, along with local fire officers, firefighters from Halfmoon – Waterford Fire District #1, Waterford, and Vischer Ferry and Assemblyman James Tedisco gathered at the Halfmoon – Waterford Fire Department on Middletown Rd in Waterford to kick off the 6^th annual Recruit NY campaign.
