SCHAGHTICOKE – Mrs. Susan Ann Chambers, 59, of Knickerbocker Rd, died peacefully at her home on Thursday Nov. 16th after a courageous battle with cancer, with her loving family at her side.
Calling hours Friday, Nov. 24 from 10AM - 1PM at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 S Main Street, Mechanicville. Funeral Home Service will follow starting at 1PM with burial to follow at Hudson ViewCemetery. Sue’s family respectfully asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to support the Northeast Kidney Foundation, 501 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205 or the Elks National Foundation,2750 N Lakeview Ave., Chicago, IL 60614-2256 in her memory.
